Project Manager (Solar Rooftop)

Responsibilities
Managing Solar Rooftop project in the role of general EPC contractor, including the following tasks:
• Overseeing solar rooftop projects from project initiation to full acceptance stage
• Supporting actively in dealing EPC contracts with investors and subcontractors
• Managing well the relationships with investors and factory owners in order to obtain information on a timely basis
• Performing all necessary activities to prepare for projects to start, including without limits to conducting site survey & structure diagnosis, getting technical documents (layout, basic design, shop drawings, etc.) well prepared, preparing HSE documents, etc.
• Managing subcontractors to make sure the construction works are in line with project progress and performed following safety requirement by investors and factory owners
• Working closely with other teams for all issues and tasks related to projects, including acceptance documents preparation, payment processing, legal documents drafting;
• Reporting weekly construction status (for ongoing projects) to the investor, factory and the Company's Director.

Requirements
• BS/MS degree in in electrical industry or a related field.
• Having ability to communicate and present problems effectively
• Having ability to read, understand and work on legal and transaction documents
• Good command of the English language
• Requiring 5-7 years of experience in the field of electricity and energy
