Mô tả công việc

Manage domestic and foreign purchases.
Responsible for import and export activities (mainly import) from the ordering stage until the goods arrive or depart completely through logistics staff and 3rd party logistics.
Review prices and check supplier quality annually
Develop purchasing, import and export processes and propose solutions to overcome difficulties during the working process.
Monitor the planning of goods demand according to Sales/ Project
Search and evaluate new suppliers.
Manage import and export activities (90% is import)
Build and train a team of purchasing staff. Closely monitor the work progress of employees, urge and remind staff to ensure proper purchasing procedures.
Perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Skills: communication, negotiation and bargaining, persuasion, analysis, synthesis, planning and reporting, high thinking, proactive and logical, good communication in English, proficient in office computers.
Skills in using purchasing software (ERP, Lemon3...);
At least 5 years in the field of purchasing and 3 years in a management position in the field of purchasing goods and equipment in the engineering and environmental sectors, with an understanding of the supply market for the mechanical-electrical industry.
Male/ Female 30-40 years old, graduated from universities majoring in commerce, economics, engineering,...
Priority is given to candidates who have participated in building processes and training teams, not afraid of challenges.
