Mô tả công việc

Purchasing:
- Work with supplier to get price, ETD, CAD, test sample.
- Check Bill of Material and call out if any.
- Make and issue official PO sheet for fabric or accessory on system, then send to each supplier.
- Create/update the Order Status number for each season on system.
- Work with supplier again if any fabric/accessory shortage, defect, fixing charge.
Payment:
- As confirmed PI from supplier, need to check on the payment terms accordingly
- Request to open L/C Application.
- Request to settle the payment before shipment.
Shipment:
- Cooperate with import - export team regarding shipping doc.
- Make shipping instruction based on D/D from PI, as well as make a decision for ship mode.
- Shipping status management
