Get certificate for Standard ISO system, Fire door certificate, QCVN certificate.
Make sure the quality control system operation in normal condition.
Maintaining validity of certificates. Connect with Certification Agency for the audits or any activities for continuously certificates.
Receive and collect the NCR from customer, 5 steps analysis with Dept. in charge to find the root cause and preventive action convenience.
Owner for internal Audit.
Assessing, monitoring and validating the management systems to ensure that everything is effective. Evaluation of the root causes of nonconformities and corrective and preventive actions.
Solving customer complaints which feedback from Sale, Installation, Feedback/ discuss with supplier, ODM supplier to solve their failure

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Bachelor degree in Engineering or related fields
Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
Minimum 05 year of experience in quality control/ quality assurance
Demonstrable experience with ISO9001, Familiar with QC tool, In-depthknowledge on all QA/QC functions in production
