Quality Management System Oversight:
• Setting up, revising, and issuing procedures related to customer standards.
• Providing training and guidance on quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements.
• Maintaining and updating procedures in the quality manual.
• Ensuring full application of customer standards at the factory.
• Preparing and following up on internal & external audit processes
• Coordinating with departments for customer visits and factory evaluations.
• Implementing quality system improvement plans.
• Monitor and distribute work instructions (WI) and production documents (Pdoc) to ensure compliance in both in-house production and outsourcing units (OPUs).
• Maintaining and updating master lists of Change Requests (CR) and following up on their implementation.
• Prepare monthly reports for defective materials and summarize product and process audits.
• Organizing meetings with managers, team leaders, and other departments to discuss quality issues or update standards and product requirements.
QA Team management and development:
• Managing the QA team through daily meetings to solve challenges, share new information, and follow up on tasks.
• Team development through on-the-job and off-the-job training
• Participate in evaluating the work performance s of team members
• Monitor and ensure compliance issues related to labor regulations such as regulations on working hours, regulations on occupational safety, and hygiene
Other tasks as assigned by the Manager and BOD
