Mô tả công việc
• Update production schedule for Suppliers’ daily report.
• Follow up with suppliers about all Lazboy requirements in production.
• Make notes on any changes from the details and inform to QC manager to get approved.
• Conduct daily OCA audits for all Suppliers assigned by supervisor.
• Calculate the audit samples based on the OCA Audit Plan by using the Packing List, AQL Level.
• Inspect finished products to ensure and meet the compliance of the La-Z-Boy Casegoods Quality Standards.
• Make final decision on accepting or rejecting a shipment.
• Document OCA audit results and generate reports for La-Z-Boy Quality, La-Z-Boy Global, GTC, Suppliers, and Supply Chain Team Members.
• Develop continuous improvement reports from OCA audits and present them to La-Z-Boy Quality and Supply Chain Management teams.
• Support La-Z-Boy Quality Team and Suppliers with the 8D Corrective Action Process.
• Support PPAP Process Team Members during the new launch process.
• Other duties as assigned.
