QC Manager - Furniture Producing ( Có xe đưa rước)

Main Responsibilities
• Build up and manage solid and visible Twinstar QC inspection activities in all VN factories
• Flow down Twinstar Quality requirements to supplier QC station and function
• Walk through supplier QC data and capability, and quick fix the gap if any
• Manage QC daily inspection, and lead problem solving until fix with solid evidence
• Evaluate and training QC individuals to fulfill company QC principle and working practice
• Gatekeeper of production color panels, and manage/develop senior QC to support
• Gatekeeper of Twinstar Woods cosmetic requirements
• Product Change verification – follow up all ECN and its status
• Maintain all QC measures tool and test fixture calibrated
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly audit QC data/reporting
• Manage an effective QC team and balance working load of each QC inspector
• Participate in Quality department goal setting, developing and achieving.
• First contact with key customer QC team.
• Other tasks/jobs assigned by upper management.
Working time :
8:00 am - 17:00 pm ( From Monday - Saturday)
