QC Team Leader

1. Quality control activities
- Check and investigate root causes of issues related to quality overall, and issues that cause unsafety of Food Service products.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure food safety of Food Service products at the store.
- Review, evaluate and make effective suggestion for SOP.
- Evaluate, remind, and make suggestion for issues that cause unsafety of Food Service products at stores.
- Make QC inspection plan and supervise all QC inspections at stores in compliance with plan and GS 25 Vietnam standard monthly.
- Devising ways to improve the process to ensure higher-quality goods.
2. License
- Getting license for food safety certification vs requirement.
3. Training
- Plan and perform training for QC new staff.
- Plan and perform training on quality awareness, quality control, analytical methods, food safety standards for relevant subjects.
4. Rules and Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, company's policies, rules and regulations.
5. Other duties
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Head of QC.
- Make periodical as well as ad-hoc report on quality control.

- Knowledge: Have knowledge on standards of quality systems in food area (GMP/HACCP/ ISO22000...)
- Good communication and listening skill.
- Experience: Minimum 02 year working in quality assurance / quality control in the F&B/ Retail.
- English fluency (both verbal and written) is a plus.
- Graduated: University degree, preferably in food chemistry or technology faculties.
- Computer literacy: Word, Excel.
