is seeking an experienced IMC Account Planning Director (Associate level)
to lead integrated marketing communications strategies for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can transform business objectives into impactful campaigns. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their brands and goals, offering strategic and creative leadership while working with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns on time and within budget.
• Lead the development of integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategies for a portfolio of clients, managing day-to-day communication;
• Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle: from strategic planning, creative briefing, and campaign launch to market research, budgeting, and performance reporting;
• Coordinate and manage the production of all campaign materials, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand identity;
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, PR, media) and external vendors to ensure smooth and effective campaign execution;
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted strategic partner;
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and consumer insights to propose innovative ideas and improve campaign effectiveness continuously;
• Play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities and driving client growth;
• Manage and optimize workflows, ensuring seamless communication and efficiency between internal teams and external suppliers.
