Quality Assurance Manager

- Manage, lead, and develop the quality assurance team by providing guidance and support to work on the right priorities towards defined targets and within defined frame.
- Enhance supplier performance along with VP – Quality & Compliance and align with quality assurance managers in other production countries to lead the quality assurance team.
- Lead and guide the development and execution of quality programs including managing and implementing QA/QC procedures according to the company and customers’ requirements.
- Manage the quality assurance team’s budget and allocate resources to meet quality objectives.
- Lead specific quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Provide risk assessment and identify difficulties from samples and provide constructive suggestions on garment production engineering.
- Conduct regular vendor on-site visits for all production quality control, factory ethical program development, and factory performance.
- Empower team members to thrive within a well-aligned team, ensuring they can perform at their best.
- Research and introduce any new related quality requirements/ tools/ technologies as needed to support the company, customers, and suppliers.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and foster a culture of quality through cross-functional collaboration, ensuring quality requirements are integrated through product development and manufacturing processes.
- Report to the VP- Quality & Compliance on overall quality performance analysis and propose future strategies.
