Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Formulate and optimize process quality assurance related procedures, inspection procedure, control plan, etc.
2. Establish and dynamically update process quality problem database, analyze process quality data, and organize production process quality optimization.
3. Rapid response, organization to follow up the handling of abnormal process quality, re-work order audit and effect verification.
4. Perform pre-shipment inspection base on procedure and ensure good quality to deliver products, and save documents
5. Set-up ORT lab and monitor ORT status and continuously improve the testing program.
6. Drive the Quality Assurance report monthly and make the quality improvement/correction plan from production data, Out-going inspection, supplier quality in Vietnam and ORT lab.
7. Train the technicians and measure the team performance.
8. Support Global Sourcing to manage the suppliers’ quality in Vietnam.
9. Other duties as assigned.
