Scope And Goals Of The Position
- Ensuring that the requirements for factory’s quality assurance ability are effectively implemented and maintained by the factory.
Results Area
- Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance
- Respond to customer complaints putting in containment actions, full analysis, poka-yokes (error proofing), and implementing short-term and long-term countermeasures
- Evaluate, approve and/or provide expertise for problem solving (e.g., root cause and robust permanent corrective actions), internal/external audit preparation, etc
Activities
- In charge of supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards
- Undertake internal and process audits of the Quality Management System
- Understanding and complying with the usage and marking requirements of compulsory product certification/CQC voluntary certification, conditions of cancellation, suspension and withdrawal, to ensure certificates and marks are used properly.
- Establish Flow Process Chart (FPC), Control Plan (CP) for new model. Review/Update when necessary.
- Design, implement, and improve company quality standards.
- Investigates and corrects customer complaints regarding quality.
- Follow Initial Control of new model.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities on quality matters
- Discover Supplier Quality Manual and Customer-specific requirements with each Customer.
- Work with New Model Department to prepare and submit PPAP package to Customer
- Prepare/follow items for External Audits (Certificate Body of IATF, homologation…)
- Solve Customer Claim (receive information from customers, coordinate other depts to find out root cause/ corrective actions, prepare report, submit to customer).
- Control Internal/ External changing point.
