About the job:
We are seeking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts in the inbound tourism sector. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing all digital marketing activities. You will spearhead the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility in the tourism market and drives sales growth across all online channels..
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify target market
- Develop and execute effective SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and paid advertising strategies
- Understand customer insights, barriers to product adoption, and competitive dynamics to ensure data-driven and results-oriented strategies
- Plan Advertising Campaign
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Create engaging and SEO content for search engines (Google, Bing), YouTube, and social media platforms (Facebook, etc.)
- Enhance brand awareness and online visibility
- Analyze campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize costs, revenue, and conversion rates
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and communication across all marketing channels
- Oversee the development of high-quality online marketing materials and content that effectively communicate the company's brand identity
2. Digital Marketing Operations & Management:
- Track and analyze website traffic from various sources, including organic searches, social media, paid advertisements and referrals
- Optimize website content, images, videos, and descriptions to improve impressions and conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales, product, and IT departments to ensure consistent implementation of the digital marketing strategy
- Monitor key website metrics such as bounce rate, time on page, and user behavior to optimize the online user experience
- Analyze and optimize landing pages and user journeys to increase online sales and conversions
3. Digital Marketing Team Management:
- Lead and mentor marketing campaigns, fostering a high-performance culture that promotes creativity and professional development in digital marketing
- Assess team performance, provide constructive feedback, and develop individual growth plans.
- Oversee team members’ recruitment, training and evaluation to ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Maintain brand and service signatures to daily work
4. Marketing Budgetary Management:
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximizing ROI
- Track expenses and measure budget effectiveness
