Mô tả công việc
1. Responsible for ensuring that products and services meet or exceed the established quality standards in the factory.
2. Develop and implement quality strategies, policies and procedures to meet goals and industry standards.
3. Set quality objectives and targets and monitor their achievement.
4. Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, components and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
5. Establish and maintain quality control systems including statistical process (SPC) and quality audits.
6. Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
7. Evaluate and select suppliers based on their quality.
8. Monitor supplier performance and conduct audits to ensure consistent supply of high-quality materials and components.
9. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce scrap/costs and increase productivity.
10. Work closely with other departments to optimize processes and eliminate quality-related issues.
11. Address customer complaints related to quality and take appropriate corrective actions.
12. Gather customer feedback to drive quality improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.
13. Responsible for customer audit/visit.
14. Assume other tasks assigned by plant manager.
RBA Duties:
With rights and duties to understand RBA, and with the rights and duties to feedback problems and provide suggestions.
