Mô tả công việc
• Manage machinery and equipment to ensure the plant operates smoothly and continuously.
• Develop production plans and goals, while monitoring and supervising operational progress and evaluating product quality.
• Manage orders, arrange and adjust the production plan as needed.
• Ensure the efficient use of raw materials.
• Develop, adjust, and supplement production guidelines and product quality inspection processes.
• Detect and promptly address defective products, identify causes, and establish quick corrective measures.
• Regularly inspect to ensure the production process complies with safety requirements.
• Assign and arrange suitable personnel for each task and manage shift employees.
• Research and investigate related issues to improve and upgrade products.
• Identify new machinery necessary for work.
* WORK LOCATION:
• 7C Street, Nhơn Trạch II Industrial Park, Phú Hội Commune, Nhơn Trạch District, Đồng Nai Province.
