Mô tả công việc

Be the key point of contact for customers, provide professional consulting & friendly services about office setting up & workplace strategy as you walk customers to tour the center
Pro-actively expand existing customer base, reach out to potential customers via company’s channels and negotiate contract to gain new customers
Make sure the office center is run professionally with a friendly attitude
Prepare new office for customer to move-in, onboarding new customers to make sure they settle in happily, time-to-time check in to resolve quickly any issues coming up
Making sure staffs deliver mails, send packages, answer phones, book and prepare meeting room, order offices supply as requested by customers
Organize community event, develop partnership to bring in member perks

Base salary 12,000,000 to 15,000,000 VND/month plus sales commission, total earnings up to 25,000,000 VND/month depending on performance

5+ years working experience in services industry
Good command of English
