Mô tả công việc
- Preparing BOQ (quantities take off) by studying interior drawing and material specification sheets in tender documents.
- Identifying gaps between BOQ and drawings, specifications and conditions of the contract and taking it for a logical closure.
- Preparing the cost comparison sheet from received quotations to support HQ office team for pricing.
- Working with the suppliers/ vendors/ subcontractors to get the proper quotation of interior material and interior work
- Participation in the pre-tendering activities with client, designer and raising relevant pre-bid queries from the given tender.
- Monitor and control costs throughout tender process, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering (VE) exercises
