Mô tả công việc

- Actively prospect for new leads and clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and strategies.
- Prepare and present property listings, offers, and purchase agreements to clients.
- Negotiate and facilitate successful transactions while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met with the highest level of professionalism.
- Attend property viewings, inspections, and appraisals to represent clients' interests.
-Property for lease: Lake Tower, Grand Marina Residences and Lumiere Riverside (apartment and shophouse)

- Salary: 11,000,000/month+ commission (on revenues+on number of closed deals + on agents's behavior)

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

- Preferably University degree holders in Hospitality. Fresh graduates and/or graduates with working experience in the Hospitality industry are welcome.
- Highly motivated with a passion for real estate and a drive to succeed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Able to converse well in English and with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to network and develop strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and articulate
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional conduct.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, technology savvy, proficient in MS Office and social media.
- Proficiency in Korean or Japanese would be advantageous for the position.
- Candidates who can start work within short notice will be preferred.
