Mô tả công việc
1. RECEPTION & FRONT DESK MANAGEMENT
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, manage the Company’s stamp, and ensure proper usage.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
• Oversee office facilities and coordinate necessary maintenance to ensure they remain in good condition.
• Arrange & monitor the usage of Company cars & Taxi cards.
• Follow-up golf booking.
• Maintain the tidiness, professional appearance, and readiness of the reception area, meeting rooms, pantry, and other office spaces at all times.
2. ADMINISTRATION
• Manage the end-to-end procurement and utilization of office assets & services, including stationery, printing items, office cleaning, floral arrangements, plant rentals, and other office-related needs.
• Work with vendors to ensure the procurement of high-quality goods and services at reasonable costs, including supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, contract management, and warranty coordination.
• Track & summarize expenses, and process payment requests for all administrative items.
• Manage & monitor archived documents in internal and external warehouses.
• Handle asset liquidation procedures as required.
• Arrange business travel for staff and guests, including accommodation, flight bookings, and transportation.
• Organize company events as needed.
