Mô tả công việc

1/ Develop and Execute Recruiting Process and Plans:
- Act as a member of recruitment interview panel
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
- Maintain recruitment database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs
- Obtain and assess reference checks of the candidates
- Develop and improve the recruitment processes to be more innovative and cost effective.
2/ New store project:
- Build master plan for recruitment for new stores. Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
- Run projects to meet deadline for opening new stores.
3/ Employer Branding Support :
- Participate in Branding activities through social media channels
- Support Recruitment programs to attract the most potential candidates
4/ Others:
- Reporting weekly/ monthly/ quarterly and support daily operation
- Coordinate with Training and Sales Team to create a process of Internal Promotion
- Creates new SODs (Segregation Of Duties) and join the discussions of SOD for organizational development from the Human Capital Management Insight
- Other tasks assign by directly supervisor

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

1/ Degree:
University degree
2/ Experience:
- Minimum 04 years of talent acquisition and direct recruiting experience, especially in retail
- Good knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques including social media
- Effectively manage multiple searches for candidates in different fields
3/ Skills:
- Understand job descritions, requirements and company needs to find the best candidates (extensive knowledges of each position would be a plus)
- Capability to assess the skills, knowledges and abilities of the cadidates and even draw the deep inside of the human capacity that can oversee the career development and develop the engagement of the Company
- Not only view at the current situation to look for a situable candidate but also choose the one who can bring a value to the Company
- Creative thinking, Self-Learner & capability to think thoroughly, who can always think what is the best solution to develop the company business
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
- Strong verbal and creative written communication skills
- Office Computing literate
