Reports To: Relocation Manager
Objective:
To be the single point of accountability for the relocating transferee and our clients, as well as our internal stakeholders, and to ensure a smooth and seamless relocation for the transferee and family. The Relocation Consultant is the individual solely responsible and accountable as the program manager for the transferee’s file.
Responsibilities:
Client facing:
i. Oversee the overall relocation and expatriation process (visa, temporary accommodation, orientation, housing, schooling, lease negotiations, settling-in etc.) of each transferee and their family.
ii. Manage timeline process to align with the defined operational procedures with all stakeholders (transferee, 3rd party / client, internal team, and external vendors)
iii. Be accountable for the transferee’s file, always knowing the status of each service, and remaining within the defined client scope of work until services are completed.
iv. Keep the transferee and 3rd party / client informed and updated of every new development
v. Reply to any communication from the transferee, 3rd party, internal stakeholders and suppliers within one business day – or as stipulated in our client service level agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This includes when updates may not contain any new information. This is a commitment to assure clients that you are working on their requests.
vi. Accountable for data integrity and timely updates in client’s technology system– including timey updates and submissions of client specific forms and documents.
Internal facing
:
i. Responsible for compliance – regulatory, contractually, and procedurally.
ii. Accountable for data integrity and timely updates in our internal operating system
iii. Manage the service delivery of all external suppliers, such as field consultants, realters and drivers, to include providing them clear and concise instructions for the service delivery, as well as expectations from the transferee and client. Also, obtain detailed updates at the end of each day for you to provide an update to the 3rd party / client.
iv. Ensure smooth, harmonious, and cooperative working relations between the various stakeholders, avoiding tensions and conflicts through superior communication of relevant information.
v. Provide full support and cooperation to all stakeholders, ensuring that compliance with company plans, policies, and objectives are upheld.
vi. Commit to concise, clear, and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
vii. Ad hoc duties as required to support the company and your leadership team.
