Mô tả công việc

Conceptualize and design advertisements, posters, banners, videos, etc.
Designs include typography and page layouts; they range from broad visual identities for marketing campaigns to specific logos, homepage banners and ads.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Propose innovative design ideas to achieve the campaign goals.
Actively contribute creative ideas for campaigns’ concepts.
Tools used include Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and occasional edit video.
Participate in brainstorming to develop ideas and design direction.
Present ideas and designs to internal team/Client for approval.
Creates multi-channel, on-brand digital designs from start to finish.
Proofreads all project to ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and basic information.
Research and update new design trends to improve the quality and efficiency of design products.
Begin work on multiple projects based on specified priority.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Maintains timely turnaround, meets deadlines and ensures accuracy.
Good artistic ability, dynamism, and creativity, rich in ideas, logical, creative thinking, and always proactive in work.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Design, Fine Arts or a related field.
Adapts quickly to new challenges and problem solving to find the best solutions for desired outcomes.
Manages multiple projects simultaneously working with a high level of independence on new or unfamiliar projects.
At least 3+ years of experience. Previous work experience or knowledge in the medical or healthcare field is an advantage.
Ability to work within and elevate brand standards. This includes above average typography skills, a knack for interpreting rising design trends, and ideas for new ways to improve the visual identity of multi-brands.
