Your mission as a Marketing Assistant
is to fuel BeSmartee’s growth by creating impactful, data-driven content that educates, engages, and converts our mortgage lending audience. Through compelling storytelling, strategic marketing efforts, and seamless collaboration, you will enhance brand awareness, position BeSmartee as an industry thought leader, and drive meaningful customer interactions.

Functions and Responsibilities
While in pursuit of your mission and obsessions, you will find yourself doing the following:
• Conducting in-depth research on mortgage technology and lending trends
• Generating creative content ideas for blogs, emails, webinars, and virtual events
• Interviewing industry experts to gather insights and produce thought leadership content
• Collaborating with the design team to create visually compelling marketing materials
• Writing and editing high-quality, SEO-optimized content for BeSmartee’s website and campaigns
• Managing and optimizing content in WordPress
• Proofreading and refining marketing copy for clarity, tone, and accuracy
• Publishing and distributing content across social platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube
• Tracking key performance metrics to measure content success
• Managing and enriching customer data in HubSpot
• Supporting email marketing automation and campaign execution
• Conducting market research to refine marketing strategies
• Taking on additional marketing tasks as needed
