Mô tả công việc

The role of the Reservations Supervisor is to manage and monitor reservation activities in the reservation department on all levels including for example daily workload, individual performance, issues, analytics etc. based on SOP and departmental objectives and requirements. The supervisor monitors and manages also allocation, occupancy, revenue and reports data and figures to the management including weekly or monthly reports. The supervisor ensures that working document within the reservation department are used correctly. The supervisors also consult and supports the reservation team for any request and any topic and manages the group business once confirmed by sales team
The supervisor is fully aware of different segments and sales channels (retail, wholesale, consumer) and able to guide and monitor the team in regards of handling request from these segments accordingly. The supervisor also ensure that manifest or any other data is exchanged on time and correctly with other department such as operation or accounting.
- Support in the decision-making process within the reservation team in regards upsell, discount, cross sell and other yield relevant offers / activities to improve the performance of the business
- Implement tailored monitoring tools, records, processes to be on top of the daily and monthly performance of the team and in order to evaluate the individual performance of each team member
- Lead and manage the reservation team on daily and strategic performance for reseller and consumer segment
- Monitors closed daily/weekly/monthly incoming emails, requests, proposals, bookings etc
- Monitor forward (OTB) occupancy and revenue and compare to budgets and KPI figures and liaise closed with the HOD to manage the inventory
- Own handling and management of assigned allocations, group and charter bookings as well as the materializations of collecting groups. Involves with difficult FIT bookings to submit best possible proposals.
- Monitors quality of the individual team members (response rate, follow up rate, quality of proposals, etc)
- Is on top of conversion processes including recording, follow up and set KPI. Is also able to evaluate conversion figures for management reports
- Monitors closely the inventory in regards of OTA sales
- Be on top the management of any offer and its correct application of it as well as the recording of promotional booking in reporting templates
- Ensure that reservation data is provided to other stakeholders with details, correct content on time (operation department, accounting, etc)
- Partakes in the strategic development of the workflow, system development, system implementation and overall improvement to a more digital working environment
- Support with other tasks/topics related to the department and assigned by HOD
