Job Description: Resort Sales Manager
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Resort Sales Manager
to lead our sales efforts at our luxurious 5-star villa resort in Phú Quốc. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in maximizing occupancy and driving revenue. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with key partners, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
Market Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential revenue opportunities.
Revenue Management:
Implement innovative pricing strategies to optimize revenue and yield.
Partner Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including tour operators, travel agents, and corporate clients.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
Sales Training:
Develop and implement effective sales training programs.
Industry Representation:
Represent the resort at industry events and trade shows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.
Strong understanding of revenue management principles and pricing strategies.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience working with a property management system (PMS) and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the Phú Quốc tourism market.
Experience in the villa or boutique hotel market.
Proficiency in additional languages.
