OBJECTIVE:
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Retail Manager to join our team. To strengthen our business, we are looking for someone who will be responsible as described below.
• Reporting line: General Manager of ZWILLING J.A. Henckels (Vietnam) Ltd.
• Location: Ho Chi Minh City, District 7
• Start date: Immediately is preferable.
• Salary: negotiable
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The job holder will analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional team to drive efficiency and effective decision making. Lead & drive sales team to achieve goals & objectives.
Retail management & Consumer Experience:
• Manage sales team to lead and expand retail offline channel
• Define KPIs to achieve the business target
• Strong understanding of retail metrics and be able to form insight and recommend solutions accordingly
• Understand the consumer journey in store to provide the consumer experience according to brand standards
• In store excellence: manage promotion, visual, merchandising & stock management
• Develop strategic plan to recruit & retain field team: base salary, incentives, reward
• Responsible for Operation expense management
• Negotiate store leasing contract for renewal or new leasing
Distribution development & management:
• Drive sales growth of the strategic distribution business
• Identify opportunities and work with distributors to extend MT and GT channels
• Responsible for P&L and achieve KPIs set by the management
