Retail Manager (Người Việt làm việc tại Indonesia hoặc KSA)

Karofi is opening new branches in Indonesia, KSA. Initially, we will open new stores in major malls, online stores and then we will expand through MT and GT channels.
We're seeking the suitable candidates for the positions of Retail Manager to set up the initial phase and prepare for the next steps in Indonesia and KSA.
The job descriptions in the initial phase are as follows:
1. Set up & Develop Karofi Stores (online and offline)
• Find & propose suitable places for opening Karofi stores.
• Build & develop Karofi stores, ensure functional and optimal visual appeal.
• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditure.
2. Propose & execute sales campaign to meet or exceed sales target
• Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Propose sales campaigns to boost sell out.
• Formulate pricing
3. Ensure availability of merchandise
• Handle inventory management, including stock level monitoring, ordering, and organizing.
• Study the market demand and competitor to propose the competitive items.
• Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
• Coordinating storage and transportation of goods at an offsite warehouse.
