Job Brief:
We are looking for a talented Retail Operations Manager who is responsible for the delivery of strategic operational and
performance excellence across the stores. The role is required to bring sales drive and energy without compromising
quality and reputation and is a key contributor to the achievement of the service strategic plan through its people and
processes.
Main Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
1. PROCEDURE
– Responsible for creating, developing and implementing of all retail operations SOPs
2. FINANCIAL
– Manage budgets, expenses and financial planning for operation team
3. SALES
– Develop strategies to enhance the sales and profits
4. DAILY OPERATIONS
– Analyse and supervise daily retail operational functions including:
- New Store Opening
- Store Supplies
- Inventory Control
- Store process
5. PEOPLE
– Develop a team of strong leaders and high performers. Create, model & support a culture of
excellence in execution, continuous improvement & collaboration.
