Risk Management Department Head

1. Supervise and confirm all aspects of the department’s operations, including:
監督並確認部門團隊各方面的運作,包含:
1.1 Risk management Task/ 風險管理工作
1.2 Personal Data protection/ 個人資料保護
1.3 Task related to Related Party transaction/ 利害關係人交易控管相關作業
1.4 Annual risk management report: compile the report and submit it to BOD regularly/ 年度風險控 管報告:彙編報告並定期呈報BOD
2. Continuously train and supervise department colleagues to achieve high-quality work and good cooperation/ 持續培訓與督導部門同仁,以實現高品質的工作和良好的合作
3. Maintain appropriate coordination and interaction with responsible authorities and the parent company/ 與權責機關及母公司保持適當的協調互動
4. Directly handle or participate in the handling of important or complex cases within the business scope of the department/ 直接處理或參與處理屬部門業務範圍的重要或複雜案件
5. Handle other matters assigned by the General Director / 處理由總經理交代的其他事項

1. Bachelor's degree in risk management or actuarial science, or bachelor’s degree in insurance, economics, finance, banking, business administration, law, accounting, or auditing, and have a certificate in risk management or actuarial science issued by a training institution legally established and operating at home or abroad.
風險控管或保險精算專業之大學(含)以上學歷。沒有風險控管或保險精算專業大學文憑以上(含)者, 則必須具有保險/經濟/金融/銀行/商業管理/法律/會計/審計等專業的大學學歷以上(含)文憑和保險精算 或風險控管證書。
2. At least 3 years of experience in insurance, finance, or banking.
在保險、金融、銀行等領域的企業之一具有最少3年工作經驗
