Risk Management Department Head (HN or HCM)

1. Supervise and confirm all aspects of the department’s operations, including:

1.1. Risk management Task
風險管理工作
1.2. Personal Data protection
個人資料保護
1.3. Task related to Related Party transaction
利害關係人交易控管相關作業
1.4. Annual risk management report: compile the report and submit it to BOD regularly
年度風險控管報告:彙編報告並定期呈報BOD
2. Continuously train and supervise department colleagues to achieve high-quality work and good cooperation
持續培訓與督導部門同仁，以實現高品質的工作和良好的合作
3. Maintain appropriate coordination and interaction with responsible authorities and the parent company
與權責機關及母公司保持適當的協調互動
4. Directly handle or participate in the handling of important or complex cases within the business scope of the department
直接處理或參與處理屬部門業務範圍的重要或複雜案件
5. Handle other matters assigned by the General Director
處理由總經理交代的其他事項
