As a Sales Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for managing both Post-Production Services (PPS) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), with a strong emphasis on PPS.
Business Development:
Proactively sourcing new leads/clients and conducting in-depth analysis of market trends and opportunities.
Investigating the needs of prospective clients and identifying key decision-makers involved in outsourcing decisions.
Initiating contact with potential clients via email or call to establish strong rapport and independently schedule online meetings.
Conducting comprehensive research on organizations and individuals online, particularly on social media platforms, to identify potential leads and explore new markets.
Collaborating with internal departments to prepare proposals with quotes and delivery solutions with a focus on clarity and effectiveness.
Leading negotiation processes and guiding the sales team through challenging discussions.
Demonstrating a highly result-oriented approach by consistently surpassing weekly, monthly, and periodic sales targets.
Account management:
Assist in coordinating sales meetings, events, and webinars. And contribute to strategic planning sessions.
Providing administrative support to current clients, including handling orders. scheduling meetings, filing important documents (Contracts/SOW), and repairing sales materials, proposals, and presentations. And handle bi-monthly/monthly invoicing. Email back & forth from current clients.
Work closely with the MKT team to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing campaigns.

Experience in selling photo and video editing services, as well as the BPO industry.
Highly proficient in English, able to confidently communicate with an entirely foreign client base.
A quick learner with a proven track record of exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).
Highly responsive and communicative in meeting client needs.
Capable of independently managing new client accounts with efficiency.
Exceptional attention to detail throughout the sales process.
Skilled in handling administrative tasks such as drafting proposals and creating presentations.
Fearless in proactively seeking clients and embracing the challenging realities of sales, including independently sourcing new leads. A candidate unafraid to engage directly with clients and navigate the sales process.
Proven dedication to work and strong time management skills.
