Mô tả công việc

Work with Operation team to handle customer order and booking.
Follow up, maintain relationships & Take care of customers via Digital channels.
Check messages, respond to feedback, questions and do online consultation for customers from Digital channels (Facebook, Website,...)
Report and other duties as assigned
Contribute in achieving clinic monthly turnover, clinic commercial and operational KPIs.
Find out customer needs and introduce services that suit customer needs.
Turn first-time customers into loyal customers, Keep communication going.
Re-marketing management: join with team to promote re-marketing activityto drive brand awareness and generate leads.
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree – Business, Marketing, Ecommerce...
Customer service/ hospitality manner.
Good English ability, especially writing skill.
Implement effective marketing campaigns and activities according to plan.
Office skill.
