Mô tả công việc

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
Draft, review contracts, and prepare related documents (acceptance minutes, contract liquidation, quotation (if any)).
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and maintaining sales databases.
Data collecting, customer research.
Develop monthly sales reports, and update reports required by line manager.
Prepare internal documents: Payment request and stationery request.
Administrative support to the team.
Booking meeting room, ordering stationery, managing team's schedule.
Processing of invoices and expenses for the team.
Internal and customer communication.
Support data management.
Weekly contract and sales track.
Proactively take the initiative to contribute solutions and ideas to the successful launch and business growth of clients.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
1 year experience in a similar position
Client service mindset.
Time management, and problem-solving skills; especially managing the timeline for the client’s projects and providing creative solutions to problems.
English intermediate level
Positive and can-do attitude, willing to learn, support, and adapt attitude.
