Sales Assistant

Greeting customers and offering assistance
Make record of customers information
Answering questions and addressing concerns
Communicate and take care current customers and assist to find new one
Assist to handle related jobs for shipments in Bonded Warehouse
Assist to find the solution and solve the problem if any issues of goods
Assist to follow up new inquiries and record. Recommending products or merchandise to help customers
Be ready to assist/share manager’s workload if possible.

Working time: Monday to Friday
