General Duties & Responsibilities:
● Support for foreign/overseas corporate clients.
● Conducting a sales call, analyzing a client’s financial situation, presenting solutions, and servicing clients.
● Daily checking emails from customers and answering any customer’s inquiry about services, price, promotion, and other necessary works.
● Assist clients in optimizing their risk and control activities, including control effectiveness and optimization activities in payment gateway integration.
● Cultivate strong working relationships with subcontractors, and partners to provide services and build trust among clients.
● Follow the sales process and procedures as established through the customer database.
● Conducting/up sales by email or telephone to current clients.
● Follow the established guidelines for maintaining client files following company compliance
● Monitoring and supporting customers for payment online.
● Making some reports and related others which the team leader assigned.
Line-up and reporting duty
● Report directly to the Lead Relationship Manager.
● Escalate serious matters to the higher management.
