The Sales Digital Specialist will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our sales processes. This role requires a strong understanding of the FMCG industry, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Transformation:
Drive initiatives to enhance digital sales processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
Examples of projects include:
o IR Image Recognition:
Implement image recognition technology to analyze retail shelf data and optimize product placement.
o Suggested Order Systems:
Develop algorithms that suggest optimal product orders for clients based on sales data and trends.
o Newspage Integration:
Integrate Newspage solutions to streamline communication and sales processes with distributors and retailers.
• Project Management:
Manage digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Past projects have included:
o Rolling out advanced CRM systems to improve sales forecasting and customer relationship management.
o Implementing e-commerce solutions to enhance online sales channels and improve customer experience.
o Developing mobile applications for field sales teams to increase efficiency and access to real-time data.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure project success, aligning goals and strategies with stakeholders.
• Presentation Skills:
Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels.
• Communication Skills:
Maintain clear and open communication channels with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactive and Agile Approach:
Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Industry Knowledge:
Utilize a deep understanding of the FMCG industry to inform project decisions and strategies.
• Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment to drive project success and innovation.
