Function
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with industrial clients, driving sales of industrial dust filtration solutions. This includes identifying new opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the technical, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customized solutions and achieve business growth. Your role will also involve market research, contract negotiations, and post-sales support to build long-term partnerships.
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Provide consultation, introduce, and convince customers of suitable industrial dust filtration solutions.
- Identify, approach, and nurture relationships with potential industrial clients across various sectors (manufacturing, construction, cement, woodworking, food, textiles, chemicals, etc.).
- Develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales process until closure.
2. Market Expansion
:
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Participate in industry seminars, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the customer base and strengthen business relationships.
3. Customer Service & Relationship Management
:
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers to foster long-term
partnerships.
4. Technical Support Coordination
:
- Work closely with the technical team to design optimized solutions, prepare quotations, and tender documents.
- Monitor installation progress and ensure customer satisfaction post-sales.
5. Reporting and Sales Target Achievement:
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
