We are a Japan-based web & mobile app development company, established in 2008.
We specialize in rapid product development and continuous improvement using DevOps, with dedicated teams committed to delivering value to users.
PURPOSE OF RECRUITMENT:
Due to business expansion, we are looking for a sales staff member to work alongside our newly appointed Japanese Sales Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities will be adjusted based on your skills and experience.
• As "Sales Admin"
o Handle contracts related to projects, including NDAs, agreements, and invoices, in collaboration with the back office, sales team, and development team.
o Improve and maintain contract templates for efficiency and consistency.
o Ensure project profitability by visualizing and tracking financial performance.
o Input and maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system.
o Communicate with clients (mainly in Japan and Vietnam) to discuss and confirm contract-related matters.
o Support the Account Manager to ensure smooth project execution.
• General Responsibility
o Set your KPI & Action Plan in alignment with the company's general sales strategy and tactics.
o Continuously review your plan and conduct internal reviews and approvals as needed.
o Regularly report your progress and consult with the Sales Manager.
o Continuously improve work efficiency and productivity through process optimization and KAIZEN.
o Commit to ongoing learning to take on broader responsibilities and aim for higher positions and career growth, such as Sales Account Manager or organizational management roles.
