- Communicate with the agents to sell the products and reply to all the other requests from the agent according to the standard of the department.
- Do frequent customer care of the existing agents and new clients (phone calls or meeting clients on spot).
- Do reports according to the requirements of the departments.
- Create tour proposals; make quotations for all the requests from the agents (based on the existing database).
- Follow up after the booking.
- Coordinate with related departments to do new products.

- Years of experience: At least 1 years in the same position.
- Essential requirements:
+ University Degree
+ High standards of customer service and excellent communication skills.
+ Fluent in English
+ Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook Express, or Microsoft Outlook ...)
+ Work independently and in team.
