Mô tả công việc

Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Expand new accounts, list in Retailers and get new Distributors within 2-3 first months (must) by using own relationship
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts and managing a sales team

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Must have successful previous experience in opening new accounts, list in Retailers and get new Distributors within 2-3 first months as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Most recent working experience at same position in Unilever, Wipro Unza, P&G or Lixco will be a huge plus
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close, analyze market trends and competitor activities, build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and effectively manage a sales team
Strong business sense and industry expertise.
Must have network / relationship with retail systems in Vietnam (GT Channel)
Required language(s): English. Able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage. Only consider CV written in English and not open for Expat.
Have FMCG background with at least 3 to 5 years successful experience in sales offline in GT Channel (at least with Senior Executive Level). Experience in household cleaning products is strongly preferred. Strongly prefer candidates from the same industry.
