I. BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Sales Operation Manager is accountable for delivering objectives thru assignment with key focus areas are:
1. Sales budget planning, controlling and analysing for being more efficiency.
(Including Travel, Promotion Claim, other expenses).
2. Manage and control headcount of sales force.
3. Process opening & liquidation agent.
4. Plan, control and analyse all sales activities and have key learning for improving efficiency.
5. Provide admin works to support smoothly sales operation.
6. Control agent’s operation in the ways of expectation of company.
7. Sales projects & activity to improve quality, efficiency.
8. Directly handle sales forecast and ensure the forecast accuracy.
9. Others as assignment of line Manage
II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Reporting:
1. Sales reporting on key business metrics (Sales productivity, sales planning, agent’s
performance, etc..) to identify steps to increase sales results based on business needs
2. Analysis and evaluate trends and performance measured, incentive against sales and
Agent KPIs for all channels
Budget control:
3. Yearly Planning & monthly tracking for sales budget as overhead, trade expenses,
travelling, by cooperating with HR, Finance for right account budget
4. Do analysis of expense and give suggestion to improve efficiency
5. Do some analysis as guideline
Manage and control Headcount for Field Force:
1. Track and Manage head count by region/ channel/ agent to ensure headcount as
budget
2. Tracking and report weekly/monthly attrition situation by agent/ Region/ channel
3. Tracking and measuring target setting and performance by SR by Seniority by level
achievement
Sales Activities and Manage administrative affairs
1. Cooperate, follow up, tracking with other functions to conduct activities to support for
sales operation such as New Product Launching, Sales Conference...
2. Cooperate with other functions, department to evaluate activities and have key
learning
Sales Forecast:
1. Closely working with SC/ Field sales/Marketing to build the SOP of sales forecast and
update as best practice.
2. Inventory review to reactive the forecast situation to ensure supply enough goods to
sales
