Main mission is supporting Sales Executive in delivery tasks (like a sales admin).
- Prepare payments documents
- Negotiate with both customers and factories to ensure customers’ production.
- Coordinate with logistics agencies and customers’ logistics section to proceed customs procedures for import-export goods with using bonded warehouse.
- Prepare periodic reports.
- Issue invoices to customers by BRAVO system and E-invoices system.
- Receive and handle customers’ orders to meet their due-date by using SAP system.
- Supports Sales Executive’ tasks (if any).
* Training
- One month trained by the current staffs and on-job training by the supervisors or other sales operators.
