Job Summary
The Sales Planner is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive the growth of the company's products and services. This role requires close collaboration with sales teams to analyze sales performance, formulate effective sales promotion/ incentive plans, and monitor their execution.
1.Assist in the development and implementation of sales incentives and promotional schemes:Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective incentive mechanisms and promotional strategies to boost sales.
2. Assist the sales team in completing the sales process:
Provide back-office support, helping to resolve issues encountered during the sales process, including order management.
3. Budget Management: Allocate and manage the sales budget reasonably when developing sales plans to achieve optimal sales results.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, and sales teams to ensure that sales strategies align with the company's overall strategy.
5. Sales Activity Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of sales activities, making adjustments as needed to ensure that sales targets are met.
6. Reporting and Feedback: Regularly generate sales reports to update superiors on the execution and performance of sales strategies, and provide improvement suggestions
