MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
• Develop new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and propose optimal solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries, follow up, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle new projects and aim for mass production (MP) transition.
• Gather and report market trends, competitive intelligence and customer survey/feedback to support strategic business review.
• Formulate and execute approach strategies for key target customers.
• Lead the entire sales process from customer visits to proposals, contract negotiations, and post-delivery follow-ups.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth transactions.
• Operate and manage the CRM system, ensuring accurate recording and updating of customer information.
• Understand the cost structure of products and services to propose appropriate pricing.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather and analyze data required for cost calculation.
• Propose competitive pricing based on customer requirements and market conditions while ensuring profitability.
• Monitor the cost structure of each project and secure profit margins while advancing contracts.
• Develop the ability to fluently explain the company, its products, and core technologies.
• Assist with planning, logistics and coordinate in domestic and international exhibitions and industry events to promote the company’s technology.
• Follow up on leads after events to support new customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver optimal proposals to customers.
• Regularly report on sales activities and customer interactions, suggesting areas for improvement.
• Share information with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient sales activities.
