JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy that is aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
• Establish, implement, manage, and develop growth in a new dealer network in both MT and B2B.
• Build and maintain good relationships with the assigned channel partners.
• Ensure partners are motivated to drive sales in line with our expectations and sales budgets.
• Control costs within budget parameters with the manager.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/ yearly budgets and sales growth plans. Propose annual business plan.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and finance, to ensure that sales and business development activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy and EBIT.
• Analyze trends in the business industry, help to develop products that are responsive to market demands, and identify new market opportunities.
