As a Sale Supervisor/ Area Sale Supervisor - you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the reach of our TPBank EVO credit card in your assigned region. You will be mainly responsible for building relationships with key retail stores, regularly visiting the assigned stores within your region, and playing the role of an EVO ambassador.

The role will report to the Credit Card Acquisition Manager/Credit Card Acquisition Director
What you will do
- Manage a team of Field Force to deliver great experiences for Store Sales Employees
- Monitor daily sales and make weekly/monthly reports on sales performance including qualitative insights collected from the Stores
- Develop and implement store sales support activities that align with our company's objectives
- Set goals and mentor Store Sales Employees to meet the goals
- Conduct weekly store visits to interact with, coach, and train store staff on card sales techniques
- Develop and implement store-specific sales contests & strategies
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve the in-store sales experience for TPBank Evo credit cards
- Timely provide latest information about products & processes when there are changes to Stores
- Check and monitor the number of POSMs placed at Stores within the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Store Manager and Store Staff
- Update contact points of Store Manager/Staff regularly
- Monitor competitor activity and report key findings to management
