Mô tả công việc
• Logistics:
- Make invoice & packing list and coordinate with import-export department to open export customs declaration.
- Arrange truck & coordinate with warehouse to ship products to domestic customers
- Receive customer’s Purchase Order & Forecast and make shipping plan & forecast send to other departments
- Coordinate with other departments (Planning, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, …) for production status
- Coordinate with logistics company to book air / ocean shipments.
• Payment
- Update daily sales revenue after shipment.
- Sending invoice & shipment documents to customers for payment.
- Tracking customer’s payment status
• Other tasks:
- Make internal purchase orders to other factories.
- Report to Sales assistant manager / sales managers.
- Do other admin tasks (if required)
