Mô tả công việc

- Schedule management, including interpretation for meetings and appointments.
- Support in project coordination and inter-team communication.
- Support to superiors, undertaking a wide range of tasks.
- Research and data gathering as required.
- Creation of documents, reports, and presentation materials.
- Travel arrangement and itinerary management.
- Office management tasks and procurement of supplies.
- Assist other employees in all daily tasks.
- Efficient handling of phone calls, emails, and documentations.
- Budget management & expense reporting.
- Prepare sales documents such as proposal, reports, etc.
- Facilitation of smooth communication internally and externally.
- Other task assigned by Line-managers.
- Translation and interpretation of materials and documentations.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Age: 1995 - 2000
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Experience:
- Experience in administrative or assistant roles
- At least 2 years of experience as Japanese Interpreter/ Translator
- Experience in working in Japanese
- Experience in drafting important documents such as contracts is desirable.
- Experience in creating meeting minutes (English, Japanese) is desirable
Professional Skills/ Competency:
- Good communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business-level proficiency in Japanese
- Be able to work under high pressure
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proactive, and multitasking abilities
- Proven track record as a Business Assistant or equivalent role
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems
- Highly responsible, trustworthy, and excellent attention to detail
- Good organization, planning and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
