Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support specialist to join our team in the steel structure industry. The primary role of the Sales Support is to assist the Sales team by preparing quotations, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments, between clients and suppliers. This role is essential in helping the sales team meet their targets and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for steel structure products.
• Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, or in-person, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., engineering, production, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain and update customer databases and records, ensuring all sales activities are accurately documented.
• Monitor and track the progress of ongoing projects and orders, providing updates to the Sales team and clients as needed.
• Assist in preparing marketing and promotional materials for steel structure solutions.
• Coordinate with logistics for the timely delivery of products to clients.
• Provide after-sales support, addressing any issues related to the product or service.
• Other works are assigned by manager.
