- Coordinate with internal departments and the company’s network to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Implement Market research, business plan, finding customers, develop Reseller channel and promote contracting
- Product: SSL certificate
- Making sales and COGS report
- Other assignments as requested from manager

From 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, especially IT products and IT service industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
Customer-focused mindset and ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Fluency in English and Vietnamese languages
Ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
